It is important not to confuse luggage fixing points with child restraint anchor points.

The Child Restraint Vehicle Anchor Kit helps to provide extra anchorage points in your vehicle when you are installing a child restraint device such as a baby seat or a baby booster. The anchors are easy to install in most vehicles and work in conjunction with a tether strap that has a hook connection. The anchor has been made out of Australian Standards approved material and is designed to be used with most post-1993 manufactured baby restraint devices which have the hook connections.
